I Clicked it Up a Notch for Wordful Wednesday on Thursday
October 4, 2012 in Life, Photography
I am currently working on a logo design for a local business, editing photos and preparing for a very busy shooting weekend coming up…, and eating Ghirardelli dark chocolate caramel before the kids find it. Somewhere in there I need to throw laundry in the washer, in the dryer and on the couch. I always expect that laundry gnome to stop by and fold it at night. He can’t find my house, I guess.
I took this photograph on a recent hike through the woods at Somerset Beach Campground with the kids. I am entering it at Click It Up a Notch’s monthly contest. It is an extreme angle on a mushroom that was growing on the side of a fallen tree. I didn’t get poison ivy from lying on the ground to get this shot, thankfully!
What’s in your plans for this weekend??

Project Alicia … Sarah Halstead … Live and Love Out Loud … Love Bug
Parenting by Dummies … Seven Clown Circus … Photo Friday … Fresh Mommy … Foto Friday
Better in Bulk … Paper Heart Camera … Deb Duty … And then she snapped

Nice point of view!
Thanks Tammy for stopping by and leaving me and a nice comment.
Really interesting shot… and well done for avoiding the poison ivy

I really love the focus on this photo.
And I am so sorry that I have not got your portrait to you! I was having troubles drawing with my belly (it was in the way and hard to sit long enough), and now I have the babe attached to me. I promise I will get it to you eventually.
I feel horrible for how long it is taking.
I really love the abstract feel of this photograph! GREAT angle … and WOOHOO on not getting poisin ivy!
I really love the feel of this image, the contrast is nice!
Thanks so much for sharing with Foto Friday!
