It’s Not Coming To Me
August 16, 2012 in Life, Photography
I tried coming up with a title for the this post, but nothing was coming to my mind. So, I made that my title. The creativity is just oozing today.
These photos are from our recent trip to Manistee, Michigan. We found a quiet beach close to the campground where our friends were staying. Our reasons for staying in a hotel instead of that campground are too long to include in this post. Let’s just say there are two things Jer and I have agreed to avoid doing–canoeing and camping. We don’t need a marriage counselor to convince us that these experiences are best left to other couples and families, for now. Instead, we kayak and we sleep in comfy hotels beds surrounded by air conditioning and filled with tiny bottles of bathing products. But this hotel only had shampoo. No conditioner. So, it was a lot like roughing it…
On another random note, these posts from the blogging world might tickle your ears.

I LOVE the beach pictures. The foam looks like hundreds of little diamonds on the sand. Beautiful

Gorgeous pics!!
These are gorgeous!!!
I love that first shot of the water washing up on the sand. Stunning! Sounds to me like you’d enjoy RVing. Camping with comfort (and electricity, microwave, cold wine in the fridge, coffee maker, great bed, hot shower, A/C, etc.).
We’ve talked about it, and it definitely could be a better option for the future
