What, is it Wednesday?: Kazy Haiy, Wrong Foot and KayRahTey

June 5, 2012 in Wordful Wednesday

Since school got out a couple of weeks ago, I am finding it difficult to determine what day of the week it is. So today, instead of wordless, wordful, or worded Wednesday, it’s  “What, is it Wednesday?”

And for this unmomentous occasion I am sharing random kid photos.

When Sissy was two or three, she referred to her hair as “Kazy Haiy” (you know, kid talk for crazy hair). I was testing out my new 85 mm lens this week and I asked to her stand by the tree for a few test shots. She had afternoon Kazy Haiy. And she preferred to hide behind the tree. It works. Whatever. It’s summer.

Monkey rode to the park in our bike cart and when I tried to take his picture, he displayed his shoes were on the wrong feet. He loves dressing himself, but he hasn’t fully mastered getting his shoes on the right feet. Perhaps once he becomes a real boy these things will fall into place for him.

DeanO’s posing for my new lens conjured up his insane KayRahTey skills…or is it Kung Fooooo? I have learned that my boys prefer to have me photograph anything but their smiling faces, and this boy is no exception. It works. Whatever. It’s summer. Am I right?
